Judge DesaRae Tucker was appointed to the North Valley Justice Court in 2025 and took the Bench as Justice of the Peace in January, 2026.
She is an Arizona native who grew up in North Phoenix and feels deeply connected to serving the community with integrity, fairness, and respect.
Judge Tucker received her Juris Doctor degree from the Phoenix School of Law and has been a licensed attorney since 2015, working for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and the cities of Glendale and Litchfield Park.
She also has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business with an emphasis in technology and is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
